Watsu
What is Watsu?
Watsu is a technique that is applied as a complementary
treatment or an indulging experience. The
treatment is done in warm water, in a tranquil atmosphere with
relaxing under-water music. Watsu is an intimate, personal and
very moving treatment. This method allows you to be totally
passive, while I do all the work. A typical Watsu treament is
between 30 - 45 minutes.
For whom is Watsu?
Watsu may significantly improve various mental conditions such
as post-trauma, anxiety and depression. In addition, a Watsu
treatment is suitable as a surprising present for you and for
your dear ones.
Watsu in a nutshell
In the therapeutic pool you will be welcomed with a smile. The
intimate atmosphere of the pool will make you relax and serene.
During the treatment I will lead you with the aid of the water.
The treatment includes pressing on Meridians: points that
improve the flow of energy in the body. I will stretch your
muscles to release physical and mental stresses, and will move
along with you in the rhythm of the water. The tranquility, the
water, the warmth and the atmosphere will carry you through
experiences you never knew; you will disengage from the daily
rush, and grant yourself a special and different present.
